With headquarters in Accra, Ghana, Landsar Developers Limited (LDL) is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with in Western Africa. LDL first started its operations on the 5th April 2006 with an initial membership of two (2) Construction Project Management experts and a Quantity Surveyor with wide range of experience and appropriate training in both Ghana and the United Kingdom (UK). LDL is a business member of the American Chamber of Commerce (Ghana) and the Canada Ghana Chamber of Commerce and in good standing. LDL is also a Value Added Tax (VAT) registered company.
Currently we operate from our own built office-complex in Accra. It is located at the 922 Place, Saka Dawuru, Banana Inn – Dansoman – Accra, Ghana.
Classification
LDL is currently classified as a contractor under the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing under the category D1 (General Building Works) and K1 (Civil Works). We are therefore pleased to introduce our construction entity referred to hereinafter as LANDSAR DEVELOPERS LIMITED (LDL) to your reputable firm for consideration as reliable construction contractor service providers.
Market Goals
LDL market goal is geared towards exceeding the expectations of every client by offering turnkey outstanding service, increased flexibility, and adding greater value. This enables us to regularly acquire new clients, do all we can to retain existing clients, consistently achieve growth, and create brand awareness. Coupled with this is Landsar’s determination is to champion the socio-economic development of Ghana and Africa through infrastructure and property development, the provision of opportunities to new graduates and the unemployed and the creation of training and development platforms to enhance skills within the communities it operates.

Our target market cuts across governments at all levels in Ghana and the African continent, the organised private sector and individuals from all walks of life and our selling points are our turnkey excellent and timely delivery of projects using innovative tested and best practices.
Scope of Services
We offer and deliver a wide range of services to Clients and fellow Contractors. Our general areas of interest centres on either Design-and-Build or construction of the following:
